Office Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Office Supervisor to join our team at ONTARIO SKY JUMP. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Training and Development: Train and develop our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports to management, ensuring timely and accurate information.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of office equipment, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordination and Communication: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Client Support: Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Work Schedules and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, with tight deadlines, and with attention to detail.
