About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Nagra Frontline Rebar & Damp Proofing. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by loading, unloading, and transporting materials as needed.
  • Formwork and Scaffolding: Help erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Mixing and Pouring: Assist in mixing and pouring materials such as concrete and asphalt to meet project specifications.
  • Medical Support: Provide assistance to the medical examiner as needed.
  • Drilling and Blasting: Assist in drilling and blasting rock on construction sites under the guidance of experienced personnel.
  • Maintenance and Cleanup: Perform routine maintenance work and remove rubble and other debris from construction sites.
  • Traffic Control: Direct traffic at or near construction sites to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Environment: Be prepared to work outdoors, at heights, underground, and in confined spaces.
  • Work Setting: Work on construction sites, which can be noisy and physically demanding.
  • Construction Specialization: Assist in residential construction projects.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
