Customer Service Representative

At Chaggar Immigration Services Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
  • Provide basic information to clients and the public.
  • Process customer service information.
  • Operate the switchboard or telephone system.
  • Order office supplies.
  • Record and relay information.
  • Maintain work records and logs.
  • Receive and issue payments.
  • Perform clerical duties, such as filing and sorting and distributing mail.
  • Answer the telephone and relay telephone calls and messages.
  • Arrange teleconferences.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Provide customer service.
