Job Opportunity

destinationone Consulting is seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to support individuals recovering from mental health issues, substance abuse, or trauma. As a key member of our team, you will help clients develop coping strategies and improve their overall quality of life.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients' rehabilitation needs and develop personalized plans.
  • Facilitate therapeutic and support groups to promote social connections and community engagement.
  • Provide education on coping strategies, life skills, and stress management techniques.
  • Monitor clients' progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure seamless communication with clients and stakeholders.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience in rehabilitation or mental health settings, with a strong understanding of trauma-informed care.
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivational skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
