Clinical Specialist ENT

As an Associate Clinical Specialist ENT, you will play a critical role in supporting customer training and education programs related to our defined products and technology. Your expertise will be invaluable in the implementation of policies and procedures, as well as participating in clinical and operational decision-making processes.
A Day in the Life- Conduct on-site education and consulting to ensure seamless product understanding and adoption.
- Support field personnel in delivering exceptional customer service and outcomes, aligning with Medtronic's mission.
- Partner with sales colleagues to develop and execute sales plans for one or more business units, driving growth and success.
- Represent Medtronic at conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product awareness and build strategic relationships.
- Collaborate closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management, and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales support.
- Identify and execute on growth opportunities with the Sales and Clinical Support Team.
- Serve as a technical resource to support sales of specific medical products or solutions.
- Report complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions (ADRs) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide leadership and direction in the development, implementation, promotion, and administration of training and education activities.
- Develop and execute education and training programs to enhance user competencies.
- Cultivate close relationships with strategic business partners, including training centers and opinion leaders.
- Provide new employee training on products, technology, and materials.
- Assist in developing objectives and programs for marketing and selling Medtronic's products.
- Plan, direct, and coordinate educational workshops and other programs, events, and activities.
- Work with other departments to establish priorities for the company direction, new product development, and customer satisfaction.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Associate degree or Bachelor's degree.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in the healthcare or engineering field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and present educational training programs and workshops.
- Knowledge of adult education and communication principles and practices.
