At Mount Royal University, we are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead our alumni relations efforts. As Director of Alumni Relations, you will play a pivotal role in fostering meaningful connections between our university and its esteemed alumni community.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional judgment, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative environment. With a proven track record of success in public or alumni relations, you will bring a strategic mindset to this position, identifying opportunities to promote MRU's brand story with alumni audiences in new and creative ways.

In this dynamic role, you will work closely with leaders across the University to develop shared projects that benefit various stakeholders, including alumni. You will also assess current alumni programs, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative initiatives to efficiently and effectively connect alumni back to MRU.
