About the Role:


We are seeking a skilled technician to work in our Brake and Shear Department, where you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to brake and shear operations. As a member of our team, you will work closely with other employees and supervisors to ensure efficient and accurate production.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Uphold priorities of Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Teamwork;
  • Perform work that is accurate and finished to the satisfaction of our end customers;


Required Skills and Qualifications:



  • High School/GED diploma required;
  • Able to maintain regular and reliable attendance;
  • Able to work safely at all times, checking for hazards before starting any task;
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude;
  • Able to read a tape measure correctly;
  • Able to read and understand engineering drawings;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;


Benefits:



  • Competitive compensation package: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience), paid bi-weekly;
  • Day shift schedule with 41 hours/week, Monday to Thursday (7 am - 4:30 pm) and Friday (7 am - 12 pm);
  • Annual vacation time and company-paid holidays;
