About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled technician to work in our Brake and Shear Department, where you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to brake and shear operations. As a member of our team, you will work closely with other employees and supervisors to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold priorities of Safety, Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Teamwork;
- Perform work that is accurate and finished to the satisfaction of our end customers;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School/GED diploma required;
- Able to maintain regular and reliable attendance;
- Able to work safely at all times, checking for hazards before starting any task;
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude;
- Able to read a tape measure correctly;
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation package: $45,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience), paid bi-weekly;
- Day shift schedule with 41 hours/week, Monday to Thursday (7 am - 4:30 pm) and Friday (7 am - 12 pm);
