Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-time Registration and Records Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless registration and graduation process for students, while maintaining accurate and up-to-date student records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to student inquiries and provide accurate information regarding registration and graduation procedures.
  • Liaise with academic coordinators to obtain special registration requirements and course loads for off-cycle students.
  • Process financial transactions and ensure accuracy for audit purposes.
  • Administer and interpret federal, provincial, and college policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate and timely official records.
  • Participate in debriefing after each registration and graduation cycle and recommend procedural changes to effectively respond to changing demands and situations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two-year post-secondary diploma in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum three years of progressive office experience in a service area or business office setting.
  • Experience in a student service environment or Registrar's Office preferred.
  • Experience using Salesforce and a Student Information System preferred.
