Wholesale Purchasing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Wholesale Purchasing Specialist to join our team at Royal Bee White Oaks.
Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for arranging product according to planograms, establishing and maintaining contact with suppliers, and negotiating prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements. They will also be required to review requirements of the establishment and determine quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
Key responsibilities include:
- Arranging product according to planogram to meet customer demands
- Maintaining adequate stock levels to prevent overstocking or understocking
- Negotiating prices, discounts, credit terms, and transportation arrangements with suppliers
- Reviewing requirements of the establishment and determining quantity and type of merchandise to purchase
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will be required to have strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and initiative.
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in wholesale purchasing or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
