Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Support Representative to join our team at IDEXX. As a Field Support Representative, you will play a critical role in providing technical support and training to our customers in the veterinary diagnostic industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on IDEXX Diagnostic Imaging Systems
  • Develop and implement strategies to maintain customer accounts through education and customer-centric solutions
  • Collaborate with Field Sales Representatives and Customer Support to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Travel extensively to customer locations, including veterinary clinics, to provide on-site technical support and training
Requirements
  • Minimum of three years of experience in a veterinary clinic setting, with a training and/or leadership background
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively, including overnight stays

Work Environment
