Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Worker to join our team at ILNSA. This is a permanent, part-time position with a flexible schedule that allows you to work 10-30 hours per week.

Work Site Environment

  • The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment, providing support to individuals with personal and social adjustment issues, as well as socio-economic needs or conditions.
  • The role involves preparing reports, case histories, and administrative tasks, while developing and implementing community programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field
  • Certifications such as Emergency Child Care First Aid and CPR, Mandt System training, Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI), and Food Safety Certificate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work independently
