Job Title: Senior Bookkeeper

NVS Connect Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Bookkeeper to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Senior Bookkeeper to maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, prepare financial statements, and perform various accounting tasks.

Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
  • Maintain general ledgers and financial statements
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
  • Prepare tax returns
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years
  • Urban area
  • Head office
  • Ability to work independently
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
