About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at 15149576 CANADA INC. as an Administrative Assistant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Team Operations: Ensure the smooth flow of information within the team, direct and control daily operations, and evaluate daily performance.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including opening and distributing mail, planning and organizing daily operations, and establishing and implementing policies and procedures.
  • Communication and Customer Service: Respond to employee questions and complaints, provide customer service, and greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Travel and Transportation: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, and ensure that the team has access to necessary transportation.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, and ensure that the team has the necessary resources to perform their duties.
  • Computer and Technology: Utilize MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Windows, and MS Word to perform administrative tasks, and maintain electronic scheduler.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 people, and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, flexibility, organized, team player, client focus, dependability, and due diligence.
