Engineering Design Specialist

We are a dynamic team at the NPC/Sandman Hotel Group, dedicated to delivering exceptional results in engineering design. As an Engineering Design Specialist - CAD Drafting, you will play a key role in our success.
Job DescriptionThis is a permanent position that involves working 40 hours per week. You will be responsible for preparing engineering designs and drawings, developing and preparing design sketches, and estimating costs and materials. Your tasks will also include writing technical reports and specifications, examining drawings for conformity and errors, and consulting with clients and engineers to establish product requirements.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will need to be proficient in SketchUp and AutoCAD, and possess strong communication skills. This position requires a college or CEGEP diploma, and we offer training for those who do not have prior experience.

CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000.00 CAD, based on industry standards and location.
