We are seeking a skilled and experienced Culinary Artist to join our team at Boathouse Restaurant.

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, ensuring high-quality presentation and flavor.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards.
• Train kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Clean kitchen and work areas, upholding the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
• Recruit and hire staff, adhering to Boathouse Restaurant's hiring policies and procedures.

• Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
