Job Title: Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Coach to join our team at PROGRESS SPORT INC.

Job Summary:

The Coach will be responsible for leading our competitive programs, developing well-planned schedules and programs, and motivating athletes to achieve their best performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out management duties, including coordinating programs and developing schedules
  • Develop and implement training and practice sessions to improve athlete performance
  • Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events and games
  • Analyze and evaluate athlete performance, identifying areas for improvement
  • Participate in coaching clinic instruction and present materials at conferences
  • Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance
Requirements:
  • Level 1 Certificate in Coaching
  • Criminal record check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
