Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop effective solutions;
  • Design and deliver high-quality training programs using a variety of methods, including e-learning initiatives;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement;
  • Assist with layout, editing, and organizing of content as required;
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training by measuring and evaluating feedback from participants;
  • Design assessments for verifying learner knowledge and capability and provide summarized reporting;
  • Deliver training courses;
  • Deliver 'ad hoc' training as required/scheduled for new recruits across the Raymond James business lines;
  • Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to ensure that they reflect any changes;
  • Stay abreast of new trends and tools in employee development;
