Gogo Sushi is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking special meals for our customers. Your duties will include:
Key Responsibilities- Preparing and cooking special meals for customers as instructed by our chefs
- Inspecting our kitchens and food service areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
- Cleaning our kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment
Requirements
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
