Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Turning Point Studies Consultants Inc.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out various administrative tasks, including data entry, preparing reports, and overseeing office procedures.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position working approximately 30-35 hours per week.

As an Office Administrator, you will work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they are efficient and effective.
  • Establish priorities and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
  • Carry out administrative activities, such as data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and other documents.
  • Perform data entry duties and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
  • You should have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • You should hold a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • You should be organized, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • You should be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You should have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • You should be comfortable using public transportation or having access to a vehicle for occasional travel.

Benefits and Compensation

The salary for this position is estimated to be $40,000-$55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
