Job Summary

As a Pro Account Sales Associate, you will be responsible for building and managing relationships with our commercial customers. You will drive sales by identifying solutions using our full product offerings and servicing the needs of our Pro customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop ongoing relations with commercial customers of Home Depot
  • Proactively drive sales and assess current Pro needs on a continuing basis
  • Build strong relations with Pros to pursue new account growth and generate business leads
  • Maintain knowledge of marketplace dynamics including new suppliers and products, and inform Pros of changes
  • Provide quotes and track accounts to reflect current Pro Account records
  • Achieve and exceed sales and credit goals while delivering a strong customer experience

Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a desire to build relationships and connect with members of the industry
  • Show strong interpersonal and computer skills
  • Possess an action-oriented attitude and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrate a competitive edge

Additional Requirements:

  • Be flexible to work from Monday to Saturday between 6am – 6pm
  • Be active and on your feet in this position, including ladder climbing and lifting
  • HAVE a combination of sales, retail and home improvement industry experience
  • Multilingualism is an asset

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off.
