We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Support Coordinator to join our team at Krish Venture Ltd. The successful candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, with a strong ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Summary

The Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including supervising other workers, training staff, and recording minutes of meetings. This is a full-time position, requiring 35 hours of work per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train other staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring all important details are captured and communicated to relevant parties.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant individuals or departments.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information as required by management or team leaders.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed.
  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient record-keeping.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure high-quality output.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • A permanent employment contract.
  • English language proficiency.
Salary Information

The salary for this position is approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure is based on national averages and may vary depending on location.
