Third Space Properties Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Director of Property Management to lead the operations of its Income-Producing Properties (IPP) portfolio. As a key member of the leadership team, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance, ensuring high property standards, and enhancing tenant satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in property management, with a focus on managing complex portfolios. A strong understanding of Yardi and other property technology platforms is essential. Proficiency in residential leasing, customer relations, and financial management are also required.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Oversight of all IPP capital improvements and select tenant improvement projects
  • Leadership of daily operations, including property management, building operations, and leasing
  • Establishment and regular update of property operating policies and procedures in alignment with BOMA standards
  • Ensuring building safety and performing regular property risk assessments and fire safety plans
  • Development and implementation of sustainability initiatives aligned with company goals, supported by the Net Zero and Planet Impact team
  • Overseeing the preparation and execution of annual operating and capital budgets, partnering with the Property Accounting team
  • Setting and tracking IPP performance goals, including revenue growth and expense management

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to mentor, motivate, and develop team members. Strong communication, organizational, and critical thinking skills are also essential.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
