Job Summary

Northern Credit Union Limited is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Member Experience Representative to join our team. As a key player in the financial services industry, we are committed to delivering exceptional member experiences and providing innovative solutions to meet their evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Analyze member needs and provide personalized solutions to meet their financial goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless delivery of financial products and services.
  • Process financial transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with members, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
Requirements
  • High school diploma and equivalent banking and customer service experience.
  • Minimum one year of proven sales experience.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Knowledge of basic Credit Union products, services, and systems.
  • Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and modern office equipment.
  • Ability to process transactions, handle cash, and balance accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and colleagues.
