Job Description:

We're seeking an organized and detail-oriented Strategic Office Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Budget Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Scheduling and Timekeeping: Supervise other workers and establish routines to optimize productivity.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized office environment.
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Plan, develop, and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by answering telephone calls, responding to electronic enquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration to ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockouts.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:



  • 1-2 years of experience: Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to maintain accuracy and precision in all tasks.
