We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at Stikine Health Centre. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will have a strong background in nursing and a passion for delivering compassionate care to patients. You will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care and support to patients and their families
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Advanced preparation in the clinical specialty of the assigned area (e.g. Emergency, Perinatal, Operating Room)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
