Job Title: Pizza Delivery Shift Manager


About the Role:


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Pizza Delivery Shift Manager to join our dynamic team at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality pizzas to our customers in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:

  2. Schedule Management: Establish efficient schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of orders.
  3. Team Supervision: Coordinate and supervise the activities of our delivery staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
  4. Training and Development: Train new team members on our procedures, including sanitation and safety protocols, to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service.
  5. Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize waste.
  6. Quality Control: Ensure that all delivered pizzas meet our high quality standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
  7. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators to inform business decisions.
  8. Culinary Knowledge: Demonstrate a thorough understanding of our culinary offerings and menu items to provide accurate recommendations to customers.
  9. Work Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules for the delivery team to meet customer demand and maintain productivity.


Requirements:

  2. Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  3. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related role is preferred.
  4. Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 kg.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent oral communication skills and ability to interact with customers effectively.
  6. Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues.
  7. Client Focus: Demonstrated client focus and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  8. Efficient Interpersonal Skills: Efficient interpersonal skills to manage conflicts and resolve issues promptly.

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
