We are a dynamic company seeking a skilled Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team. As a Delivery Drivers Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our delivery services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Teams
    • Oversee the daily activities of delivery drivers and ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
    • Coordinate with drivers to optimize routes and schedules.
  • Train and Develop Drivers
    • Provide on-the-job training to new drivers to ensure they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance driver skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure Health and Safety
    • Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for drivers.
    • Conduct regular safety inspections and provide feedback to drivers.
  • Manage Resources
    • Requisition and manage delivery equipment and supplies.
    • Monitor and control expenses related to delivery operations.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. logistics, business administration).
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
