Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Solutions Manager to join our team at TMG (Tri-Mach Group). As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying, planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to business applications within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Perform project requirements analysis, develop project conversion, and system implementation plans, manage and monitor project performance
  • Implement and execute thorough user training for system conversion and implementation
  • Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, maintenance, and administration of Microsoft NAV & Dynamics
  • Analyze business processes and match systems hardware/software through development of technical solutions
  • Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements
  • Lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues. Support end users with Microsoft NAV & Dynamics
  • Perform all functions and responsibilities in conjunction with company policy and procedures
  • Always conduct oneself in a professional manner in alignment with Company values, including but not limited to language use, attire, and workmanship

**Requirements**

  • Post Secondary Degree or Diploma in computer science, or an acceptable combination of education and relevant experience
  • 3-5+ years of related work experience
  • Experience in engineering and design of comprehensive business solutions that query corporate databases
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience
  • A proven track record of ERP System configuration and report generation, MS NAV & Dynamics
  • Knowledge of financial systems and controls an asset
  • Knowledge and experience with Artificial Intelligence applications in a business setting
  • Must have strong relational database modeling skills
  • Excellent knowledge of operating systems and service application environments including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, IIS, SQL, MS Office 365
