- Authorize payments by cheque and ensure that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing way.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of office and volunteer staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced retail environment, requiring excellent communication and organizational skills. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks is essential, as is a strong attention to detail.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
