Job Description

Mountain Fire Protection LTD is seeking an experienced Administrative Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office services.

This is a permanent position working 40 hours per week with a competitive salary and benefits package. The estimated salary for this role is $**60,000 - $80,000 per year**, depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Train and supervise a team of 5-10 people to ensure they are performing their duties efficiently.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all office equipment is properly maintained and upgraded as needed.
  • Technical Advice: Provide technical advice and guidance to staff members to help them improve their productivity and product quality.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure seamless coordination between teams.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: MS Excel, MS Word, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
