Job Title: Technical Sales Specialist

Imdex is seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales teams, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service and support to clients
  • Manage sales teams and develop strategic plans to drive business growth
  • Plan and control budgets and expenditures
  • Lead and instruct groups, conduct performance reviews, and coach team members
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs
  • Work with minimal supervision and arrange training for staff
  • Plan, direct, and evaluate the activities of sales departments
  • Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales
  • Determine strategic planning related to new product lines
  • Lead sales teams in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts
  • Manage events and supervise 3-4 people
Requirements:
  • Computer and technology knowledge, including presentation software, electronic mail, spreadsheet, MS Excel, ERP software, MS Windows, database software, data analysis software, inventory control software, and mapping and data visualization software
  • Industrial processes and biological studies, including product development
  • Specialization or experience in specialized environmental skills and knowledge, communications, process improvement, strategy, brand management, and process piping
  • Negotiation skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
