Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Master Flo Valve Inc.
Estimated Salary$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, based on experience and location in Edmonton, AB.
Job DescriptionThis role will be responsible for providing inside sales functions related to parts and off the shelf (OTS) products. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, with the ability to review customers' commercial and technical specifications, supply quotations, receive purchase orders, perform contract review, and generate sales orders.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Review customers' commercial and technical specifications to determine product requirements.
- Supply customers with quotations and negotiate prices.
- Receive purchase orders, perform contract review, and generate sales orders.
- Act as liaison between customers and internal teams.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Demonstrated judgment, tact, and diplomacy when dealing with internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of Production Chokes, Specialty Control Valves, and their applications is an asset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
