Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be proficient in MS Excel and MS Office. This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Co-ordinate seminars, conferences, and other events to support the team's objectives.
- Prepare and record minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences with precision and accuracy.
- Develop and implement efficient office procedures and routines to optimize productivity.
- Schedule and confirm appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to electronic inquiries from clients and colleagues in a timely manner.
- Analyze and compile data, statistics, and other information to inform business decisions.
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure seamless operations.
- Welcome visitors and direct them to relevant contacts or service areas.
- Create and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents with attention to detail.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
