Job Title: Marketing Executive

William Academy is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Executive to join our team. As a Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our business services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop promotional materials, including press releases, newsletters, and communications materials.
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with clients.
  • Market business services and develop advertising campaigns to promote sales.
  • Direct and evaluate establishments and departments that maintain media relations on behalf of businesses, governments, and other organizations.
  • Act as spokesperson for the organization and answer written and oral inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters, and other materials.
  • Coordinate special publicity events and promotions.
  • Initiate and maintain contact with the media.
  • Prepare and deliver educational, publicity, and information programs, materials, and sessions.
  • Maintain and manage digital databases.
  • Gather, research, and prepare communications materials.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
