**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Banquets Server to join our team at Marriott International. As a key member of our events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests and ensuring the success of our banquets.

**Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and set up coffee breaks, carts, and stations with food and beverages according to the Banquet Event Order.
  • Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, and special requests to the kitchen team.
  • Ensure courses are cleared and tables are properly crumbed.
  • Respond to and fulfill any special banquet event arrangements.

**Requirements:*

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will also need to be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Less than one year of related work experience is preferred. No supervisory experience is necessary.

**Estimated Salary:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
