Senior Marketing Director for Channel Growth

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Director to lead our channel growth efforts. This is a senior role that requires a strong track record of delivering integrated marketing strategies and building high-performing teams.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have a minimum of 15+ years of experience in business-to-business marketing, communications, and/or business development, preferably in the professional services industry. They will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive multi-year communications strategy that differentiates the firm and drives go-to-market campaigns forward.
- Communications: Responsible for growing the firm's profile by implementing an effective communication strategy that includes relations with the media, internal communications initiatives, and optimizing our existing social media platforms and website.
- Events: Develop an event strategy and vision that aligns with the firm's long-term strategic objectives. Ensure all client-facing events meet the firm's standards, objectives, and deadlines.
- Creative, Brand & Digital: As brand ambassador, lead the design and digital teams and ensure the successful implementation of high-profile national and regional branding campaigns.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive multi-year communications strategy that differentiates the firm.
- Drive go-to-market campaigns forward by creating integrated marketing plans and editorial calendars.
- Lead a team of 11 members in developing and executing channel marketing strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with fee earners, internal business services, and agencies to understand the feasibility of cross-channel recommendations.
- Evaluate and develop new channel marketing strategies to drive quantifiable impact.
- A minimum of 15+ years of experience in business-to-business marketing, communications, and/or business development, preferably in the professional services industry.
- Experience participating in substantial projects with large teams, either from project inception to implementation or involving significant performance demonstrating collaboration, critical thinking, and project management skills.
- Strong track record of providing effective counsel to executive leadership and generating buy-in and trust at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to understand how to deliver integrated messages to a wide variety of audiences with varying levels of knowledge about the firm.
- Bilingual would be considered a strong asset.
