Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, coordinating seminars and conferences, and managing daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team
    • Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
    • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures
  • Seminar and Conference Coordination
    • Arrange and coordinate seminars and conferences
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Daily Operations Management
    • Direct and control daily operations
    • Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in administration or a related field
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge
    • Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word
  • Security and Safety
    • Basic security clearance
