Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Panago Pizza Salmon Arm 054.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high-quality food standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate staff activities, promoting a positive work environment and fostering teamwork.
  • Develop and implement effective scheduling systems to meet business needs, minimizing labor costs and optimizing productivity.
  • Train and develop staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, sales, and waste, providing valuable insights for future growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, inventory, and employee performance, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably in the fast-paced environment of the food service industry.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field is an asset.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, driving results through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in record-keeping and report preparation.
  • Familiarity with government programs and recognized employer designations is essential.
