Job Description:

The Marketing Operations Manager plays a critical role in enhancing marketing effectiveness by leveraging technology, data analysis, and process optimization. This position requires identifying technology needs, implementing marketing automation and CRM integrations, and managing incoming leads. The successful candidate will utilize data-driven insights and creative problem-solving to optimize operations across various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management & Support: Oversee the technical execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring that marketing technologies are fully integrated and leveraged for optimal impact.
  • Data & Analytics: Track, measure, and report on marketing strategy performance. Combine multiple data sources to develop and manage dashboards monitoring KPIs and providing insights to the marketing team.
  • Process Optimization: Streamline and standardize marketing workflows to increase productivity, maintain high data quality, and support lead-to-revenue management.
  • System Administration: Serve as administrator for marketing technology platforms, managing integrations and data flow between systems such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Lead Management: Implement and monitor lead scoring, attribution, and nurturing processes within the marketing automation platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • B2B Tech marketing experience with at least 2+ years of admin experience in Hubspot and strong experience with Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw insights and intelligence from marketing data.
  • Able to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalization, and other lead/customer management practices.
  • Demonstrated experience owning and running the governance of a marketing automation platform.
