  • Order supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring that the office is well-stocked and equipped to meet the needs of our patients.
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines, ensuring that the office runs efficiently and effectively.
  • Enter and format electronically based medical reports and correspondence, and prepare spreadsheets and documents for review.
  • Initiate and maintain confidential medical files and records, ensuring that patient confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe, and distribute minutes, ensuring that all team members are informed and up-to-date.
  • Order dental and office supplies, and invoice patients for dental services, ensuring that all financial transactions are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Record dental procedures performed on patients, ensuring that accurate records are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Initiative and ability to take on new challenges.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Electronic mail, MS Excel, and MS Windows.
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 hours per week.
