Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrative Assistant to join our team at Kashvi Restaurants Inc.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and be proficient in manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
  • Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
  • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts
  • Post journal entries
  • Prepare trial balance of books
  • Reconcile accounts
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Language: English (Langue de travail)

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000-$55,000 based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
