About the Role

This permanent position offers an estimated salary range of $35,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

As an Office Support Professional, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including providing support to employees, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the office.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients;
  • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion;
  • Developing and implementing efficient administrative systems and processes;
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives;
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
  • No prior experience required, as comprehensive training will be provided;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
