Senior Digital Transformation Project Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Transformation Project Leader to oversee the planning, coordination, and successful delivery of high-impact projects. This role requires a strong background in project management methodologies, risk management, and government processes.
About the Job- This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Project Manager to join our team at Maarut Inc.
- You will be responsible for managing large-scale, multi-phase projects, with a track record of on-time and on-budget delivery.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A proven experience managing complex projects, with a strong understanding of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering executive-level project updates and reports.
- Familiarity with public sector project management standards, including Ontario's PMO Stage Gate process and other government protocols.
- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed project plans, from initial concept through deployment.
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, balancing short-term objectives with long-term goals.
- Monitor project milestones, manage dependencies, and adjust plans as needed to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-phase projects, with a track record of on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps) for tracking and managing progress.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering executive-level project updates and reports.
The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) matching program.
