Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Canada. As a key member of our Communications and Stakeholder Relations team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic communications campaigns to increase brand awareness, understanding, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive communications strategies to promote the McDonald's brand and mission.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of external and internal communications campaigns, including media relations, social media, and influencer partnerships.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute communications plans that support business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media, influencers, and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the McDonald's brand, mission, and values to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in communications and social media to ensure the team is always ahead of the curve.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in communications, preferably in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different audiences and tone.
  • Experience with social media platforms and tools, including analytics and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
