Financial Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Minuteman Press.
About the RoleThis is a permanent position with 32-40 hours of work per week, requiring a College/CEGEP education and 1-6 months of experience or equivalent. The successful candidate will be responsible for calculating and preparing cheques for payroll, maintaining financial records, and establishing and balancing various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers and financial statements.
- Accounting Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, post journal entries, and reconcile accounts.
- Reporting: Prepare statistical, financial, and accounting reports as required.
- Trial Balance: Prepare a trial balance of books on a regular basis.
