Ontario Inc. is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Team Lead to oversee our office operations.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead our administrative team in providing excellent support services to our employees and clients. As an Administrative Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising 5-10 staff members and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain a high level of attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of administrative staff, provide guidance and support as needed, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Oversee the completion of administrative tasks, including data entry, record keeping, and report preparation.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication channels with employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $40,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
