About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team in Edmonton, AB. As a key member of our retail merchandising team, you will be responsible for ensuring that product is displayed on store shelves in a timely manner and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards by setting up and tearing down displays, clearing unwanted products from shelves, and ensuring merchandise is displayed strategically with proper signage and shelf placement.
  • Build and maintain product displays, ensuring they are visually appealing and meet company standards.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards, including keeping work areas clean and organized.
  • Bring issues and discrepancies to the attention of the Detailer or Detailer Supervisor, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing downtime.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Foster a positive work environment by demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and communication.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a big box retailer environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Outlook.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs and possess reliable transportation.
