Project Manager - Nuclear Industry Expert
PTAG is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead our nuclear industry projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with a focus on capital projects in the nuclear industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams to deliver complex capital projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and that project deliverables are aligned with business objectives.
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes to ensure project success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on capital projects in the nuclear industry.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct project teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand business objectives and align project deliverables accordingly.
