Job Summary:

Health Careers in Sask is seeking a skilled Dietitian to join our team. As a Dietitian, you will be responsible for assessing patients' nutritional status, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing preventative and educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' nutritional status and develop treatment plans
  • Develop and implement preventative and educational programs
  • May develop and co-lead therapy groups for youth with eating disorders
  • Serve as a nutritional consultant to other staff in mental health and addiction services
  • Supervise dietitian interns and other health sciences students

Requirements:
  • Experience in a multidisciplinary environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of issues related to working with individuals with eating disorders
  • Registration with the Saskatchewan Dietitians Association (SDA)
  • Registration/eligibility for registration with the Dietitians of Canada (DC)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • HSAS membership
