Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at Softchoice. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our financial planning and analysis processes, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership, and driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on financial performance, trends, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve financial performance
- Develop and maintain financial reporting and analysis tools and processes to support business decision making
- Lead and manage a team of financial analysts and planners to ensure effective execution of financial planning and analysis processes
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong background in financial modeling and forecasting
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality financial analysis and insights to senior leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong business acumen and ability to drive business growth through data-driven decision making
- Experience leading and managing teams, with a strong focus on developing and empowering team members
